Fresco, ligeiramente seco e amadeirado.

Made from the the Italian wine grape Sangiovese. Aged 5 months in the bottle.

Fine aromas of raspberry and blackberry, it rises also a strong smoked character.

Fresh, dry and slightly woody. Some toast and dried vanilla are also present. At the bottom some raisin. I'm not used to the beast, but as it is slightly astringent pairs well fatty pork. It seems like a cousin of Portuguese reds made with Baga.

Medium finish.

Ratting: ★★★☆☆
