Esporão Reserva 2011 Branco

Há revisitações que podem parecer cansativas ou despropositadas, ou até "queques" ou anti vanguardistas.Voltar a beber o Esporão reserva branco é uma obrigação ou um vício anual, dada a eterna consistência desde vinho.

Feito a partir de um blend de Antão Vaz, Arinto, Roupeiro e Semillon.

Cor amarela oxidado.

Muito aromático,  limão, fruta madura, pêra, ligeiro químico e muitas coisas para descobrir.

Super vivo na boca, livre do síndroma do vinho murcho que dominou o perfil dos brancos Portugueses. Enche a boca. Esta mais seco do que as colheitas anteriores e menos maduro. Limão, fruta madura, nectarina, pêssego, pouco se sente a madeira, alguma resina.

Final longo.

Talvez uma das melhores colheitas de sempre. Se o orçamento está apertado beba-o nas festas, caso contrário beba-o muitas vezes. Sem medo.

Made from  a blend of Antão Vaz, Arinto, Roupeiro and Semillon.

Yellow rusty color.

Very aromatic, lemon, ripe fruit, pear, slight chemical and many other things to discover.

Super in the mouth, alive, set it free from the withered syndrome that dominated the profile of Portuguese whites. Fills the mouth. It's drier than earlier vintages and less mature. Lemon, ripe fruit, nectarine, peach, oak it's not felt, some resin. Very sharp and focused.

Long finish.

Maybe one of the best vintages ever. If budget is tight drink it at parties, otherwise drink it often, Have no fear.
