Sexy Espumante Rosé

O Espumante Rosé caiu-me no goto desde o momento em que acabaram com os sumos de fruta e começaram a transformar e a fazer coisas mais bem interessantes.

Feito a partir de Touriga Nacional e Castelão em partes iguais.

De aparência rosa escuro, com aromas frutos vermelhos maduros com predominância a cereja.
Boa mousse, enche a boca, seco e cítrico e mineral e sabe a cereja no fim, simples e direto. Nao tem a frescura doutros, mas não perde a compostura. Final médio.

Custa 10€. No limite do razoável. Vai bem de entrada, com marisco, com peixe, com carne, com quase tudo.

Pink/Rosé sparkling wine is turning in a new exciting trend, since producers stop making fruit juices and transform it into something with much more soul.

Made from Touriga Nacional and Castelão in equal parts.

Looks like deep pink, with ripe red fruit aromas, where cheery leaves its mark.
Excellent mousse, fills the mouth, dry citric and mineral, tastes to cheery in the end. Does not have the freshness of other "pink" fellows, but does not lets it down. Medium finish.

Cost 10€, the threshold limit. You can drink it as a starter, with fish, with meat. With whatever you want.
