Castello D'Alba 2010 Reserva Branco

De acordo com o produtor feito em grande parte a partir de Códega do Larinho, Rabigato e Viosinho a combinação virtuosa de brancos do Douro.

Aparência:
Amarelo pálido.

Aromas:
Na frente aparece um leve floral e no fundo tem um perfil marcadamente cítrico.

Palato:
Seco e leve, bastante limonado, com uma sensação fresca, herbácea. Gosto do balanço frescura/proporção e acidez viva mas queria eu que o sabor tivesse mais impacto.

Final:
Médio e  ligeiramente balsâmico.

Conclusão:
Escolha segura. Acompanha bem peixe. Custa 6€.

Aromas:

Palate:
Dry and very lightweight, with a herb fresh feeling being mostly citric. Like the balance of freshness / proportion and live acidity, but what I wanted is the flavor have more impact.


Finish:
Medium and slightly balsamic.

Conclusion:
A safe choice. Pairs well with fish. Cost 6€.
