Aqui está um tinto que gosta de Madeira. Fermentação e envelhecimento em contacto com madeira durante 24 meses.

Aparência:
Cor rubi com reflexos acastanhados.

Aromas:
Aromático com o tradicional padrão de frutos vermelhos e baunilha da madeira.

Palato:
É um vinho com raça. Muita força na boca, ligeiramente adstringente com acidez viva e bem afinada. Fruta vermelha um pouco contraída com madeira bem integrada mas a falar ligeiramente mais alto. Muito abaunillhado no final e tostado da madeira.

Final:
Médio, quente e incrivelmente macio para tanta barba rija no início.

Conclusão:
Tem um pouco de madeira a mais mas aposta num perfil que agrada a toda a gente. Fácil de combinar com qualquer carne. Custa 11€.

It is a wine with race. Great strength in the mouth, slightly astringent with live acidity. Red fruit hidden under well integrated oak. Ends with vanilla and toasted notes .

Finish:
Medium, warm and incredibly soft for such aggressive attack.


Conclusion:
Very oak character (maybe to much), close to some international reds. Still a profile it's easy to enjoy. Pairs with any meat dishes. It costs 11€.
