Mux 2007 Tinto

Português:
Outrora conhecido por Muxagat, este Mux aparece-me no copo muitos anos depois de excelentes recordações no passado.

Aparência:
Cor granada escuro, lágrima escorre rapidamente no copo.

Aromas:
Não é muito aromático, nem tem grande nariz. É bastante simples até. Fica-se pelos frutos vermelhos.

Palato:
Ligeiramente polido na boca com sabor a frutos vermelhos e com madeira bem integrada e alguma baunilha no final. Corpo médio, macio e com a acidez correcta, resulta fácil de beber mas falta-lhe estrutura.  Está demasiado simples e directo. Não tem impacto, nem cresce na boca.

Final:
Médio.

Conclusão:

Uma pequena desilusão tendo em atenção que mantendo o perfil de tinto clássico, perdeu algumas das boas propriedades, designadamente da colheita de 2005.

Formerly known as Muxagat now renamed as Mux, takes me to a time of great memories in the past enjoying this wine.

Appearance:
Dark garnet color, tear runs down quickly in the glass.

Aromas:
It's not very aromatic, neither has a great nose. It's quite simple. Red fruits only.

Palate:
Slightly polished in the mouth felt red fruit and balanced oak with some vanilla at the end. Medium body, soft and correct acidity, it is easy to drink but it lacks structure. It's too simple and direct. Has no impact, and does not grow in the mouth.

Finish:
Medium.

Conslusion:
A little disappointment bearing in mind that despite keeping the classic profile, keeps loosing lost some of the good properties, like the 2005 vintage.
