Esta garrafa foi comprada no Adegga wine market em Lisboa. Tive a oportunidade de falar com os responsáveis da empresa que me informaram que sob orientação de Luis Pato foram sempre incentivados a produzir vinhos distintos e que se diferenciassem de todos os demais.

Vinho monocasta feito a partir de Maria Gomes provenientes de vinhas com 45 a 30 anos.

Aparência:
Cor amarelo palha, bastante pálida.

Aromas:
Pouco dialogante no nariz. Aromas de folhas e algum floral.

Palato:
Nota-se secura, é um vinho com um ataque mineral cujo sabor salino se acentua à medida que vamos deixando o vinho na boca. É um vinho muito leve quase evaporado. Precisava de mais acidez para puxar, mas infelizmente esta é residual tornado o vinho murcho. No final o sal da lugar a algumas sensações vegetais.

Final:
Médio.

Conclusão:
Tem um sabor muito próprio, salgado e isso pode não agradar a qualquer um. mas acompanha bem carnes brancas estufadas. Precisa de mais acidez, muito mais acidez e é uma pena que vinho morra na boca.

Dry, is a wine with an mineral attack it tastes to salt whose flavor becomes more pronounced as we keep the wine in the mouth. This wine has a very light body. Needed more acidity, but unfortunately becomes flabby. At the end salt is substituted by some vegetable sensations.

Final:
Medium.

Conclusion:
It has a flavor of it's own, salty and it can not please anyone. Pairs well with chicken stew. A wine that needs more acidity, much more acidity, pity that dies in the mouth.
