Outro dia estava numa garrafeira e este vinho chamou-me à atenção. A garrafa era pesada e bojuda. Associei que quem fez o vinho tinha teoricamente alguma atenção com o conteúdo que pretendia preservar.
Aparência:
Cor granada escura, lágrima escorre lentamente no copo.
Aromas:
Persistem os frutos vermelhos e a baunilha.
Palato:
É um vinho bem afinado, de perfil clássico. Fruta vermelha bem definida, acidez fina, corpo médio, com sabor ligeiro a baunilha no final. Taninos polidos, suave, envolvente, para beber e desfrutar devagar. Gostei da proporção, da maciez, consistente, redondo, polido. Pode ser um vinho igual a muitos outros mas sente-se que está bem feito.
Final:
Médio.
Conclusão:
Um vinho que casa bem com guisados. Custa 14€.

The other day I was in a wine shop and this wine and caught my attention. The bottle was heavy with a very round bottom. Thought that the producer had theoretically some affection when this wine was produced.
Appearance:
Dark garnet colour, tear tuns slowly into the glass.
Aroma:
Persistent red fruits and vanilla.
Palate:
This wine shows a classic profile. Lovely defined red fruit, fine acidity, medium body, with vanilla hints in the end. Polished tannins, smooth, engaging. I liked the proportion, it's softness, consistency, round, polished. It can be a wine like many others, but I felt that this one is slightly better, well made.
Finish:
Medium.
Conclusion:
Pairs well with stews. It costs € 14.
