Passaram quase dois anos desde que bebi este espumante. Sempre foi um dos meus favoritos e é sempre bom voltar a revisita-lo.

Aparência:
Cor rosada, quase cristalina.

Aromas:
Tem aroma muito ténue a cerejas.

Palato:
Seco e bastante bruto, sem pinta de açúcar. Leve e fresco na boca com notas de cereja o que fazem deste espumante algo diferente das abordagens típicas dos espumantes da Bairrada. Tem uma mousse que cresce em que que ganha volume na boca. O sabor é viciante e é um espumante muito fácil de gostar.

Final:
Curto e mineral.

Conclusão:
Este espumante tem uma excelente qualidade preço. Custa 7,5€. pode ser servido como entrada, pode ser bebido sozinho e acompanha bem marisco ou peixe grelhado. Pela diferenciação do sabor e proporção na boca é talvez a melhor alternativa à múltipla oferta nesta gama de preço. Para alguns será uma experiência entusiasmante.

Nearly two years since I drank this sparkling wine. It has always been one of my favorites and it's always good to try it.

Aperance:

Pink, quasi crystal clear.

Aroma:
Cherries with low intensity.

Palate:
Dry, no hints of sugar. Light and fresh in the mouth with cherry notes that make this sparkling something different approaches typical of the sparkling Bairrada. It has a mousse that grows it gaining volume in the mouth. The flavour is addictive and is a sparkling easy to enjoy.

Finish:
Short and mineral.

Conclusion:
This sparkling wine has an excellent value for the money. It costs 7,5€. Can be served paring "hors d'oeuvres", can be drunk alone and pairs perfectly with seafood or grilled fish. Taste differentiation and proportion is perhaps the best alternative to multiple offers in this price range. For some it will be an exciting experience.
