Bebido na mesma noite com a colheita de 2004 e de 2006, numa mini vertical por sugestão do produtor.
Vinho monocasta feito a partir de Riesling. Resulta de vinhas com mais de 20 anos plantadas a 820 metros de altitude e estágio em inox.
Aparência:
Cor amarela.
Aromas:
Nariz com aromas químicos: gasoleo. Alguns aromas vegetais e sensações meladas.
Palato:
Esta colheita é mais seca. Tem corpo leve e o ataque é feito com sabor a mel silvestre, misturado com notas químicas e sensações fumadas o que resulta numa combinação harmoniosa coadjuvada por intensidade interessante. Liberta bastante balsâmico que foi do meu agrado. Tem acidez macia.
Final:
Longo e persistente com retro-balsâmico. Que final!
Conclusão:
Custa 15€. Já apresenta um perfil para ser consumido. Gostei da combinação de sabores e especialmente do seu desdobramento, mas achei um pouco seco em demasia. Melhor mesmo é beber o de 2004.

Single variety wine made from Riesling. Result of vineyards with more than 20 years located at an altitude of 820 meters and ageing in stainless steel.
Aroma:
Nose with aromas of diesel. Some plant scents and honey sensations.
Palate:
This vintage is dry. It has a lightweight body and the attack is made with a taste of honey mixed with smoked and chemical notes resulting in a harmonious blend enhanced by a flavourful intensity. There is lots of balsamic sensation. It has soft acidity.
Finish:
Long and persistent with retro-balsamic feeling. What a delightful finish.
Conclusion:
It costs € 15. Already has a profile to be consumed. Liked the flavour combination and especially its development, but I found too much dry. The best one is 2004 vintage.
